Visit the Shelburne Museum, home to the nation’s most unconventional displays of Americana. An expansive collection spanning 400 years of history are housed in 39 buildings across 45 perfectly landscaped acres! Day 1: Stowe, VT
Travel to Stowe, Vermont and enjoy a welcome dinner with your fellow travellers. Settle into the Trapp Family Lodge, a historic property built by the famous von Trapp family when they arrived America.

Day 2: Sightseeing
This morning, explore the area’s renowned Shelburne Museum, home to the nation’s most unconventional displays of Americana. Relax and enjoy a scenic narrated luncheon cruise aboard the *Spirit of Ethan Allen III as it sails the waters of Lake Champlain, one of the largest freshwater lakes in the US. Take the rest of afternoon to relax at the hotel or enjoy some shopping in downtown Stowe before dinner.

Day 3: Sightseeing
Spend today learning about Vermont’s local products. Visit the Rock of Ages granite quarry, the world’s largest granite quarry by dimension. Enjoy lunch on your own in Montpelier, the smallest state capital in the US where history combines with small-town charm. This afternoon visit the Morse Farm Sugarworks, the oldest family maple syrup business in the state. Experience a tour of the Von Trapp Family Lodge led by a family member, and hear about the family’s adventures after leaving Europe. Enjoy a farewell dinner as a group this evening.
