In April, this stunning venue hosts the Virginia International Military Tattoo, which pulls in 800 artists from around the globe. The largest festival of its kind in the United States, it is renowned and long-regarded as one of the most patriotic. Military bands, bagpipers, dancers, and drum corps deliver an epic performance of pomp and pageantry. Your exclusive VIP seats get you close to the heart-pounding action.
There’s so much to do in this decked-out destination! Soak up the sun on any of Virginia Beach’s three wide sandy strips (35 miles of beach!), relax by the pool, or shop for souvenirs. Perhaps visit the Military Aviation Museum or the Virginia Museum of Contemporary Art. There are also nature hike trails, historical home tours, and many other attractions and activities in this sunny locale. Be sure to stroll the 3-mile oceanfront boardwalk at sunset!
