  • Day-to-Day Itinerary

    Day 1: Muskoka Cruise  

    With convenient local pickups, board the coach and travel north into the heart of Ontario’s cottage country. In the afternoon, board the historic Wenonah II and spend time cruising through Muskoka’s picturesque lakes and waterways. Following the cruise, arrive at the iconic Windermere House, a grand lakeside resort on the shores of Lake Rosseau, known for its sweeping verandas, manicured grounds, and timeless Muskoka charm. Settle in before gathering for an included group welcome dinner.

    Stay: Windermere House, Windermere, Ontario (1 night)

    Day 2: Muskoka Cruise, Muskoka Discovery Centre

    Start the day with breakfast and a leisurely morning at the resort, enjoying the tranquil lake views and fresh cottage-country air. Board the ship for a delightful lunch before an afternoon sail along Muskoka’s sparkling lakes, drifting past forested shorelines, charming waterfront cottages, and quiet hidden bays. Later, arrive at the Muskoka Discovery Centre, an engaging, hands-on museum that brings the region’s history and culture to life. Explore interactive exhibits that showcase Muskoka’s logging and steamship heritage, and discover the natural beauty of the area through immersive displays. Settle in for tea and freshly baked treats while enjoying the lakeside setting before continuing to Huntsville for an included dinner and overnight stay.

    Day 3: Muskoka Heritage Place, Home

    After breakfast, head to Muskoka Heritage Place in Huntsville, where the past comes alive. Step into the Pioneer Village and wander past restored log cabins, period buildings, and a general store, imagining life in 19th-century Muskoka. Hear the sounds of horses and blacksmiths at work and enjoy hands-on demonstrations that make history tangible. Board the Portage Flyer miniature train for a scenic ride through the grounds, then explore the Steam Museum to marvel at vintage locomotives, steam engines, and the fascinating machinery that powered the region’s early industry
