Day 1: Orford, QC
Depart in the morning for Orford, QC and arrive at your first resort by late afternoon. Explore the resort’s grounds and amenities or take in the amazing views before a welcome cocktail party, followed by dinner and entertainment.

Day 2: Lavender, Cheeses, and Saint-Benoît-du-Lac Abbey
Today promises to be an exciting adventure, showcasing unique local artisanal industries. We will start by visiting the nearby Saint-Benoît-du-Lac Abbey,
an active monastery with a history spanning over a century. Be sure to check out the monastery store, where you can purchase cheese, preserves, and candy. Next, we will journey to Magog to explore the new location of Bleu Lavande, the only producer of certified True Lavender in Canada. While there, we will enjoy lunch and a guided tour, where you can learn more about this distinctive farm. In the afternoon, a short drive will take us to Compton to visit Fromagerie La Station. Here, we'll tour their cheese-making facilities and sample their organic cheese products. Finally, we will return to the resort for cocktails and dinner.

Day 3: Miellerie Lune de Miel, Sherbrooke Micro Brewery and Murals
After breakfast, visit Miellerie Lune de Miel
for a guided tour that describes the life of bees, tending to the hives, and honey production. Watch bees in action in a completely protected museum environment. Travel to the old train station in Sherbrooke for a tour, a tasting, and lunch at the microbrewery, Siboire. In the afternoon, enjoy a guided tour of Sherbrooke’s murals, an attraction that has transformed Sherbrooke’s downtown into a magnificent outdoor art gallery! Arrive back at the resort in time for evening cocktails followed by a gala dinner and live entertainment.

Day 4: Parc Omega, Oh Canada Eh
Depart the hotel and travel to Parc Omega
to discover a vast variety of Canadian wildlife. Board your safari vehicle and venture into the picturesque park to see moose, elk, bison, wolves, mountain goats, bears, and deer (just to name a few) in their natural environment. Keep your bag of carrots handy for the many curious (and hungry) creatures that will greet you as you make your way through the park. Muse over your experience while enjoying an included lunch. Midafternoon, arrive at your overnight accommodations, Hilton Lac Leamy,
conveniently connected to Casino Lac Leamy. Freshen up for a fun night at Oh Canada, Eh!, a celebration of all-Canadian music with an all-Canadian dinner!

Enjoy a leisurely morning at the hotel, before departing for Ottawa’s ByWard Market
